  • Service – The SEPT web platform, mobile apps, and email plugin.

  • You – The individual or entity using our Service.

  • Content and metadata from emails when using the SEPT Email Plugin (with your permission) 

  • Project, file, and communication data entered into the platform 

Usage Data

  • Device type and operating system 

  • Pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages 

  • Email plugin activity logs (e.g., when you save emails to the platform) 

Third-Party Login Data 

If you sign in via Microsoft, Google, or other integrated services, we may receive profile details such as your name, email, and organizational information.

  • Provide and maintain the Service

  • Deliver features such as email storage, search, and linking emails to projects

We do not sell your personal data.

Email plugin–related data (e.g., stored emails) is retained according to your account settings and may be deleted upon request.
